Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the yb8 platform. By accessing yb8, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and yb8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
All financial transactions on yb8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your yb8 wallet promptly following confirmed receipt by the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used, but bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the player explicitly requests an alternative method and provides satisfactory verification that the alternative method is owned by the player.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the wallet section of your yb8 account. These minimums may be adjusted from time to time and will be communicated via account notifications.
- yb8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. yb8 is not responsible for third-party fees applied by payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and satisfactory completion of KYC verification. yb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or money-laundering risk.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
yb8 offers bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which are supplemented by specific terms attached to each individual offer:
- Bonus funds are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit or event trigger as described in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds are held separately from cash balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or the deposit plus bonus total, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire and be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (bonus hunting or hedging), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have all bonus funds forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the yb8 Platform. Game-specific rules and betting market rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where the Platform determines that a technical error has occurred that affected the bet's integrity.
- yb8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Live in-play betting markets are subject to late acceptance delays. yb8 does not guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted; the Platform may suspend in-play markets during significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, penalties, or goals.
- Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, or game. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may differ between game types, market types, and player VIP tiers.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yb8 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including cash balance, bonus funds, and pending winnings), and may result in legal action being taken:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use yb8 for any unlawful financial purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events where you have inside information or the ability to influence the outcome — including bets placed by players, officials, team management, or anyone else with privileged event access.
- Use of automated bots, scripting tools, data-scraping software, or any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system to interact with the Platform, generate bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
- Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, including coordinating card-game or table-game strategies in a manner that disadvantages the Platform or other players who are not party to the collusion.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain. Players who discover a bug or error are required to cease play immediately and report it to yb8 support. Any winnings accumulated through deliberate exploitation of an error will be voided.
yb8 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing manual review of accounts and transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected, yb8 will act promptly and reserves the right to share relevant information with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and other relevant regulatory bodies where required by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of yb8.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yb8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if yb8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
yb8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by yb8's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by yb8.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
yb8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms
yb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
